The Rusty Smith Charity Run.
Rusty Smith was an avid runner in the Cold Lake area. In August of 2017, he achieved his bucket goal list of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Sadly, he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on March 31st, just 16 days shy of the race.
October 1 would have been Rusty’s 72nd birthday and he would’ve gone on a run to celebrate. Please join us to recognize his birthday and “Run 4 Rusty”. All proceeds of the race will be donated to STARS (although this event is not affiliated with them).
Please note: t-shirts are included with registration only until August 31.
Event registration closes September 22. There will be no "day of" registrations.
