The Black Hills Fat Tire Festival is a celebration of single track mountain biking and the growth of the sport in our community. Offering a unique race, activities for those non competitive riders, and a trail run we hope to encourage any outdoor enthusiast to check us out. Bring The Kids!

We have added two new race categories for middle-school-aged and high-school-aged athletes to our Mountain Bike Race. This is in partnership with the BHMBA’s Youth Race Series. Our Strider Adventure Zone, Strider Rider Group Ride, Youth 12 & under Cross Country Race and a Family Fun Ride along the bike path have all returned this year.
