The Run BeCAUSE Charity Mile is a 1-mile race run by 20 high school friends and athletes that combines their love of running with the focus of raising money for deserving organizations.
Our designated charity this year is Family Focus Evanston.
The run consists of 2 divisions:
-The Open Mile
-The Family Run/Walk.
Both divisions will be professionally chip timed.

$35 cash only late registration fee (paid in-person on Race Day)

DIVISION DESCRIPTIONS
Open Mile: This race is for runners who want to leave it all on the course. It will be a professionally chip-timed race, with runners put in heats based on seed times. The USATF sanctioned course will be completely straight except for one turn about .4 miles in.
Family Run/Walk: This race is a chance for families and friends to run or walk together for a great cause! It will also be chip-timed and on the same course as the Open Mile.
**All races begin on the Green Bay Trail next to Indian Hill Park & end at Indian Hill Park**
RACE DAY
Race Day Registration closes 15 minutes before the start of run
-8:45 for both the Open Mile and Family Run/Walk
Packet Pick Up on Race Day closes 5 minutes before the start of the run
