Racin' Bacon 5K Working together with the PA Bacon Fest - in Easton, PA -- this is quickly becoming a local favorite. Registration includes a long-sleeved t-shirt, bacon, beer and an awesome race. Our three lead pigs will get a 30 to 60 second head start...then the race begins! Pass all three pigs and receive a special prize at the end...

Event Goodies: All participants receive a free Two Rivers Brewery beer to enjoy during Bacon Fest, free bacon on a stick and a long-sleeved t-shirt. (t-shirts guaranteed if registered by October 22nd)
Prizes/Awards:
Overall Male/Female - Slab of bacon!
All runners who are able to pass the pigs will receive a prize.
Top three in each age group receive a race medal (12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)
Course: The course will begin and end near the amphitheater off of Larry Holmes Drive. Runners will run along the water on a mix of path and sidewalk. Running to the 611 bridge where runners will join up with the D&L Trail. After a turnaround runners will return to the amphitheater for an out and back style course...
Parking: The best option is to find street parking on the streets of Easton. Since the race starts before the festival opens - we will be able to beat the rush and get some prime parking! There are no lots set aside for the race, so plan accordingly.
The event is rain or shine. Run Lehigh Valley reserves the right to cancel and/or alter the race in the event that natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance prevents us from holding the race safely as planned. We will make every attempt to hold the event. Any cancellations or changes, will be noted on the home page, race-specific page and on facebook. In the event that a cancellation or change of date or venue is required, we are unable to provide refunds.
