5k road race through Historic downtown Concord NC.
Preregistration packet pickup is Friday November 21 from 10 am til 8 pm.
This is for anyone who registers prior to Wednesday, November 19th.
Packet pickup for those who register after Wednesday November 19th and race day is 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Cabarrus Sr. Center.
The 12th annual Santa Scramble 5k takes place again as part of the annual Concord NC Christmas parade. The runners run the length of the parade route and then an additional 2/10 of a mile to complete the fast 5k course. The streets of historic downtown Concord are lined with thousands of spectators awaiting the arrival of over 800 runners and the 250+ parade entries.
Race day registration begins at 10 am and ends at 1 pm at the Cabarrus County Sr. Center at 331 Corban Ave. Buses will transport from First Baptist Church beginning at 11 am to the start line and will also take runners back to the church from the finish line after the awards ceremony.
Limited bus shuttles from Sr. Center. You are encourage to shuttle from the church or find your own way to the start line.
