Race, Run or Walk the 5K, which meanders through the Historic American Beach Community, starting and ending at the Wellness Center at Osprey Village. All Pre Registered participants will receive a free race t-shirt.
5K Entry Fees: Adult $25, Children 12 and under $15 until NOV 21, 2018 AT 9AM WHEN ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES. The 1 Mile Fun Run is also $15. The Fun Run is NOT timed.

Awards will be presented to the Top M/F Overall and the Top 3 M/F in the following age groups:12 and Under, 13-15,16-19, 20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70 and Over
A portion of the race proceeds will be donated to the Barnabus Food Pantry of Nassau County. You are encouraged to donate dry or canned goods on race day.

Pre race Packet Pick up will be held on Wednesday at the Wellness Center from noon until 6 pm. Please make every effort to attend pre race pick up.
Race day packet pick up will be held from 6:45 to 7:45. Please arrive early to avoid long lines
