BeeFit Fun Run

Bee FIT and Beelieve in yourself this year! Come join us for our inaugural 5K or 1 Mile-Fun run along the New River Trail and Rio Vista Park. 

Not only will you “bee” getting fit, you will be doing it for a good cause!  All proceeds from the race go to the BASIS Peoria Primary Teacher’s fund! 

All Participants Receive:

  • Custom Event Medal for all participants

  • Custom Event T-Shirt for all participants

  • Overall awards will be given top the 1st and 2nd finishers in the 5K distance.

  • Real Time Results and Photos on our Website or Mobile App (on Apple and Google)

Race Day Information

  • Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am at Rio Vista Park (map).

    • We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa or Master Card) on race day

  • Cost of registration on race day will be:

    • 5K - $40

    • 1 Mile - $30

  • Leashed pet friendly

  • We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.

  • No roller blades, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

  • Friday, February 9, 2018 from 1:00 - 7:30pm at Tortoise and Hare Sports (map)

    • Tortoise and Hare is located at 17550 N 75th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85308

  • Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Rio Vista Park (race location) beginning at 7:00am.

Event Schedule

  • February 9 1:00 PM - Packet Pick-up at Tortoise and Hare Sports from 1-7:30pm

  • February 10 7:00 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up and Registration Opens

  • February 10 8:00 AM - 5K Run Begins

  • February 10 8:45 AM - Award Ceremony Begins (approx)

  • February 10 9:00 AM - 1 Mile Fun Run Begins
